The session, conducted in Bengaluru on January 5, aimed to transform delivery partners into better-protected road users and more financially savvy individuals.<\/p>\n

Over 100 Swiggy delivery executives participated in the comprehensive workshop, developed in partnership with the Bengaluru City Police and the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The program addressed two critical aspects of a delivery partner\u2019s life: personal safety on the job and long-term economic well-being.<\/p>\n

The first segment of the training was led by senior police officials, including Whitefield Deputy Commissioner of Police Shri Parashuram. It focused on practical safety measures, traffic awareness, and crime prevention specific to the daily routines of delivery personnel.<\/p>\n

Officers educated attendees on recognizing and mitigating crime risks, understanding common cyber fraud schemes, and employing effective personal safety measures. A key component was the proper use of the centralized emergency helpline number 112.<\/p>\n

Moving from physical safety to financial security, the second half of the workshop featured a SEBI-certified trainer from the NSE.
