The order is being widely viewed as a crucial step toward ensuring that only legitimate investors receive refunds while preventing fraudulent or unsupported claims.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"539\" data-end=\"542\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"544\" data-end=\"593\">Court Directs Re-Evaluation of Rejected Claims<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"949\">According to the order, many claimants had earlier received rejection letters stating that the documents they submitted\u2014primarily photocopies or incomplete papers\u2014were <strong data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"810\">not acceptable as valid proof of investment<\/strong>. This had resulted in widespread concern among genuine investors who feared losing their money despite having participated in the schemes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"1226\">The court has now clarified that <strong data-start=\"984\" data-end=\"1017\">original investment documents<\/strong>, including <strong data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1083\">cash receipts, bond agreements and bank statements<\/strong>, must be accepted for verification.
