The claims have been formally submitted to the State Chief Secretary, Shalini Rajneesh, through a detailed letter from activist and founder of The Helping Citizen, A. Alam Pasha.<\/p>\n<div contenteditable=\"false\">\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Activist\u2019s Complaint Sent to Chief Secretary<\/h3>\n<p>In the letter addressed to the government, Pasha alleges that Minister Zameer Ahmed Khan, in association with Maqsood Imran, played an active role in provoking youth and contributing to communal unrest. The complaint states that Maqsood Imran was \u201cdirectly involved in the DJ Halli\u2013KG Halli case and was responsible for encouraging young followers to enter the streets and create tension.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The letter strongly condemns what it calls the manipulation of vulnerable youth. \u201cYoung people are being brainwashed into communal riots,\u201d Pasha alleges in the complaint, calling for immediate action and a transparent investigation.<\/p>\n<div contenteditable=\"false\">\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Accusations of Misleading the Community<\/h3>\n<p>The complaint sharply criticises what it describes as \u201cfake religious leaders\u201d misleading citizens and influencing community dynamics for personal political gain. The letter asserts that such individuals have failed in their responsibility to protect ordinary people, instead pushing them toward conflict and unrest.<\/p>\n<p>Pasha alleges that Minister Zameer Ahmed Khan presents himself as the \u201csole representative of the Muslim community\u201d and has even registered police cases against other community leaders who do not fall in line with his directions. The legal team is expected to present these materials during future proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is sufficient documentation to justify a detailed probe,\u201d the complaint notes, urging the government to examine the allegations against the minister and those allegedly acting with him.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint further states that the case may be taken up before the High Court if the government does not act promptly.<\/p>\n<div contenteditable=\"false\">\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Need for Investigation<\/h3>\n<p>The allegations demand clarity from the state government, particularly given the seriousness of the claim that a serving minister may have encouraged communal tensions. This is exploitation of vulnerable minds in the name of religion,\u201d<\/strong> the complaint declares.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1695\">\n<p data-start=\"1560\" data-end=\"1695\"><strong data-start=\"1560\" data-end=\"1653\">\u201cEvidence has been collected, and we are ready to place every document before the court,\u201d<\/strong> Pasha says, pressing for official action.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"1858\">\n<p data-start=\"1700\" data-end=\"1858\"><strong data-start=\"1700\" data-end=\"1787\">\u201cNo minister can assume the position of sole spokesperson for an entire community,\u201d<\/strong> the letter argues, condemning alleged intimidation of opposing voices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1860\" data-end=\"1994\">\n<p data-start=\"1863\" data-end=\"1994\"><strong data-start=\"1863\" data-end=\"1973\">\u201cFake religious leadership is dragging society backward and creating tensions where peace should prevail,\u201d<\/strong> the complaint notes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1996\" data-end=\"2123\">\n<p data-start=\"1999\" data-end=\"2123\"><strong data-start=\"1999\" data-end=\"2110\">\u201cIf the state does not intervene, the matter will be taken before the High Court to ensure accountability,\u201d<\/strong> Pasha warns.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2125\" data-end=\"2256\">\n<p data-start=\"2128\" data-end=\"2256\"><strong data-start=\"2128\" data-end=\"2237\">\u201cCommunal violence cannot be justified under any circumstances, and those responsible must face the law,\u201d<\/strong> the letter states.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2258\" data-end=\"2357\">\n<p data-start=\"2261\" data-end=\"2357\"><strong data-start=\"2261\" data-end=\"2336\">\u201cThe allegations are not rumours but supported by documented evidence,\u201d<\/strong> the activist claims.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2359\" data-end=\"2503\">\n<p data-start=\"2363\" data-end=\"2503\"><strong data-start=\"2363\" data-end=\"2482\">\u201cOrdinary citizens deserve protection, not political machinations that destroy the peace of entire
