Reflecting this shift, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning have emerged as the most sought-after skills, with 43% of learners prioritizing this domain. Specializations in Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Python programming are particularly in demand. Professionals are also seeking to build expertise in deploying GenAI applications on cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.<\/p>\n

The report indicates that 56% of professionals in the city are actively seeking new roles, while another 38% are passively open to opportunities. When considering a move, work-life balance and job security are now top priorities, alongside traditional factors like salary, benefits, and leadership opportunities. However, professionals cite unmet salary expectations, intense competition for open roles, and a need for additional certifications as the main barriers to securing a new position.<\/p>\n
